I found this conversation very informative. For myself I would not have this modification done to my cameras. I am more of a modified Zeiss ZF guy simply because I own glass and would not be renting PL Cinema optics. But I see where one would be moved to mod their camera for the need of the physical makeup of PL mounted lenses.
