I’ve shared a lot about Nikkor lenses in the past, but haven’t really covered Zeiss Contax lenses. Matt Jeppsen of FreshDV has started a 3 part series on Zeiss Contax lenses.

    Rogelio, I’ll be posting some resolution and flare/aesthetic test footage in the next couple weeks. In the meantime, I’ve added a link in the first paragraph of my Part I blog post…there you can see a finished video promo that was shot on the FS100 with my Contax lenses. It’s a good example of how nice Contax (and the FS100) looks in a controlled shooting environment. Thanks for the feedback!

    @mjeppsen:disqus, have you ever tried old nikkor lenses too? Have you noticed some differences compared with Contax lenses? Probably Nikkor lenses are a solid alternative of Contax o Leica R.
